Privacy policy
Last updated: 4 September 2026
This policy concerns only the nawame.eu marketing site. This is a presentation site. The site processes neither the memories, nor the accounts, nor the AI connections of the Nawame service. The processing of the application's data (accounts, content, memories, connections to AI models) is governed by a separate privacy policy, specific to the service.
1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through this site is HTTP5000 (SARL), whose registered office is at 3 rue Passet, 69007 Lyon, France (SIRET 431 903 376 00033).
For any question regarding your data, you can contact us at info@nawame.eu.
2. Data we collect
We apply the principle of data minimisation: we collect only what is necessary. On the marketing site, this is limited to:
- Contact form: your name, your email address and the content of your message.
- Waiting-list sign-up: your email address.
- Browsing data: technical information strictly necessary for the operation and security of the site, and, where applicable, audience-measurement data (see the "Cookies" section).
We collect no sensitive data and never ask you for banking details on this site.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Each processing operation relies on a legal basis within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
- Responding to your messages
- Processing of requests sent through the contact form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- Managing the waiting list
- Informing you of the service's launch and the stages of its rollout. Legal basis: your consent, collected at sign-up and revocable at any time.
- Ensuring the operation and security of the site
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure site.
- Measuring audience (where applicable)
- Understanding the use of the site in aggregate. Legal basis: your consent for any non-essential cookie or tracker; failing that, anonymous, tracker-free measurement.
4. Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed by technical providers acting on our behalf, solely within the scope of the purposes above:
- Hosting: Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, European Union).
- Sending emails and managing the waiting list: an e-mailing provider established in the European Union.
Each processor is contractually bound to confidentiality and security guarantees compliant with the GDPR.
5. Hosting and data location
The data collected through this site is hosted in Europe, on infrastructure located in Germany (Hetzner). No copy is transferred outside the European Union. Data sovereignty is a commitment of the brand, not an option.
6. Retention periods
- Contact messages: kept for the time needed to handle your request, then archived for a maximum of 12 months.
- Waiting list: your address is kept until the service launches, then for at most 12 months, or until you unsubscribe if that happens sooner. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
- Audience measurement: where applicable, data kept for a period not exceeding 25 months, in line with CNIL recommendations.
7. Cookies and trackers
We favour a minimal approach. The site uses no advertising cookie and no social-network or third-party ad-network tracker.
- Strictly necessary cookies: essential to the operation and security of the site. They do not require your consent.
- Privacy-friendly audience measurement: if we measure traffic, we favour a privacy-respecting tool, hosted in Europe and without a tracking cookie (for example Plausible or Matomo). When such measurement is carried out without a tracker or identifying personal data, it does not require consent.
- Non-essential cookies: if a non-essential cookie were to be placed, it would only be after your consent, collected through a dedicated banner, and you could withdraw it at any time. The lifetime of such a cookie does not exceed 13 months.
You can configure your browser at any time to refuse or delete cookies.
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption of exchanges (HTTPS), European hosting, restricted access to data.
9. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data:
- Right of access and information;
- Right to rectification;
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to object to processing;
- Right to portability of your data;
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before that withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to us at info@nawame.eu. We may ask you for proof of identity in the event of reasonable doubt. We respond within one month.
10. Complaint to the CNIL
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy — TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, or online at cnil.fr.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to changes in the site or in the regulations. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you by an appropriate means.
